Skinner Law Firm, P.A. is an Arkansas professional corporation first formed in 1990. The law office was originally on the east side of the town square in Greenwood, Arkansas in the Rose Building. The law office is now located at Number Two Town Square at the corner of the Town Square and Main Street in Greenwood, on the north side of the square. The building was constructed around 1907 and first housed Farmers Bank. The building was renovated and now houses the office of Skinner Law Firm. P.A.. The Arkansas Constitution of 1874 specifically provides that Sebastian County may have two districts and two county seats. Greenwood, Arkansas and Fort Smith, Arkansas are the two county seats of Sebastian County. The offices of Skinner Law Firm. P.A. are directly across the square from the Sebastian County Courthouse in Greenwood, Arkansas.
